How to return

1. Email hello@foreverwater.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We’ll send return instructions and an address.
3. Pack the unit in its original packaging, in resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the unit, your refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Shipping is free; return postage may be at your cost unless the item arrived faulty.

Faulty or damaged on arrival?

Contact us straight away with a photo — we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including any postage.
