Shipping

Free shipping on every order, to all the markets we serve (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the UAE and Australia).

Dispatch & delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days (Australia) or 5–7 business days (other markets).
• Every order ships with a tracked express courier service — you’ll get a tracking link by email once it ships, and you can follow it any time at foreverwater.co/track.
• Delivery after dispatch is typically a few business days, depending on your location.
• Shipments are insured in transit — if a unit arrives damaged, we replace it (see Returns).

Customs & import charges

We aim for the price you pay at checkout to be all you pay. If an import duty or tax would apply to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch so there are no surprises at the door — you can cancel for a full refund at that point if you prefer.

Where we ship

We ship within each market to that market only (the address fields at checkout are limited to the country you’re buying from), so your order is always fulfillable.
