12-Month Warranty

Every Forever Water unit comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What’s covered

Faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use. If your unit develops a covered fault, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s not covered

• Damage from misuse, accident, or not following the user guide.
• Normal wear of consumables (filters are replaceable parts, available direct).
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Making a claim

Email hello@foreverwater.co with your order number and a description (and photo/video if you can). This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under your local consumer law.
